Like your high school coach, I work hard to push you. I want you to make the most of yourself. I know that you need me to help you become the best that you can be. That’s what I do. I've done it for over 40 years now. I am good at it. I know how to help you be good at what you do too. That's why you have come to me.

I was taught hypnosis when I was young. After years of improving my skills, I was asked to work with a 69 year old powerlifter that wanted to increase his focus and motivation. Before long, he was noticing marked improvements in his training and competition. Since then, I have worked with other men that want to improve their game. Some are competitive athletes, some are "everyday Joe's". They all want to improve their physical skills, whether it be going to the gym. lifting weights or playing sports, they all want to see a difference. You don't have to be an athlete to enjoy the benefits of having a coach.

I can help you motivate yourself into a new mindset, a mindset that embraces the sporting life, a life that gets you to the gym on a regular basis. Not everyone wants to be a "gym rat" or a "muscle head", but they don't mind the idea of looking like one. I help you focus on what you're doing to make the most of your time at the gym. I help you remember your goals, and to see how the things that you do can either help you reach them or hinder you .

Remember, your personal trainer is there to help you work on your muscles. I'm the trainer for the most powerful muscle that you have; your brain. Without your brain being in peak performance, none of the other muscles can be at their best.

HOW SOON DO YOU WANT THE CHANGES TO BEGIN?
All of my personal sessions are done virtually, via audio skype or telephone. Being in the safety and comforts of your own home will allow you to relax and let go and experience my voice as I take you into the world of coaching with hypnosis.

I usually recommend that our first session be two hours, so as not to feel rushed. 

At the start of your session, you and I will chat together, getting to know each other. You will have questions. I will answer them. There is no right or wrong in this safe environment. We will discuss your goals and together we will develop a plan to help you achieve them. You will find it quite easy to relax as you listen to my voice. I may be asking you some personal questions that will help me in creating a very personalized hypnosis experience. No subject need be taboo. I will use visualization techniques that will enable you to see yourself grow. 

Once your first session is completed, you may feel a new energy and focus. You may feel excited, charged, and even aroused about the changes you have embarked upon. You may notice a series of slight changes immediately, but you need to realize that there is still work to be done. 

 THERE IS NO ONE SESSION GUARANTEE! 

 All things worthwhile take time.

You are not alone; I am with you every step of the way. Each session is tailored to you, while I do have a format, I am flexible enough to make it work just for you.

I recommend that you book yourself a follow up session to take place in a week or two. Follow up sessions are normally 60 to 90 minutes, based on your comfort level and needs. A “recharge” is always helpful to keep the experience fresh and vital.
